Great for Protecting Pencil
I bought this case to protect my Apple Pencil while working in the field. I have broken my pencil before because it fell off the iPad, but this case keeps it safe and secure. Additionally, it attaches the iPad to the keyboard just as securely as before.

Good Enough for 2021 iPad 12.9" Model
Unfortunately, I have more complaints than praise for this case. It's the only option if you want a case that attaches magnetically to the magic keyboard, but it has several downsides. Firstly, after putting on the case, it won't completely close, which results in a lot of battery drain. Secondly, the charging cable hole is too narrow for some cables, so I have to charge through the keyboard port. Thirdly, the materials are delicate, and I don't think my iPad would survive a fall. Lastly, it's overpriced. On the plus side, the magnets are strong, and the iPad feels secure.
