Responsive Customer Service and Efficient Replacement
I bought this keyboard case for my daughter's iPad 10.9, and although the first one didn't connect, the customer service team was very helpful and sent a replacement that works perfectly. The case seems well-made, and my daughter is very happy with her new keyboard.
