If you purchase EOSO products from other authorized retailers or distributors(not Amazon), Please contact them directly for specific guidance of the warranty process.

No warranty will be provided for unauthorized reselling.

If you bought your product from EOSO website, you are already granted with an extended warranty, no extension is needed.
